Because you're hiring Pendulum Consulting as a part-time contractor, you get the skill set of a full team of experienced professionals. Because we scale to the amount of work, we can be more efficient than an employee who may or may not have enough work to do, especially in the first year.
We keep ourselves efficient by working with you remotely whenever possible. On-site days can of course be scheduled, but for mid-project workflow and for regular upkeep tasks, a phone or skype meeting is all that's needed. As such you pay for work done, not seats warmed.
